Isaac SNOW and his brother Elisha bought 199 acres at Duck Creek (now Smyrna) DE on 14 Jan 1712. Isaac conveyed land there in 1722 to Elisha SNOW, in 1729 to John SNOW, in 1729 to Mary WORRAL, and in 1745 to his son John SNOW.

On 14 Jan 1712 he and Isaac bought 199 acres on the north side of Little Duck Creek, and Elisha built a house and occupied the plantation, which was still occupied by his descendants in 1888
	ix.	Phebe Snow was born on 27 June 1689 in Eastham, Massachusetts (Barnstable).
