3113. Margaret (MNU) Otis was born about 1585 in England.⁴⁸⁶ She died on 28 June 1653 at the age of 68 in Hingham, Massachusetts (Plymouth).⁴⁸⁶

Children were:

	i.	Richard Otis^581,582 was born on 27 February 1616 in Glastonbury, Somerset, England.^582,583 He was born in 1626 in Glastonbury, Somerset, England.⁵⁸¹ He died on 28 June 1689 at the age of 73 in Dover, New Hampshire (Strafford).^581,583,584 Richard was a Blacksmith. He lived in Cocheco, New Hampshire (Strafford).⁵⁸⁵ He was not supportive of local church and was repeatedly at court for not attending church. On June 28, 1689 his garrison was ataacked by Indians and through treachery they gained access to the garrison. Richard was killed as were several other family members. His wife, daughter and at least three grandchildren were take captive. Three older daughters were retaken at Conway a few days later. But one daughter and granchildren remained captives.
