1862. Samuel Hicks437 was born in August 1611. He lived Plymouth in Plymouth, Massachusetts (Plymouth) in 1623.437 He lived Eastham, Barnstable, Massachusetts in Eastham, Massachusetts (Barnstable) in 1643.437 Samuel died on 11 September 1668 at the age of 57. Samuel Hicks sailed to America aboard the "Anne" with his mother in 1623. He immigrated in 1623 to Plymouth, Plymouth, Massachusetts.

A son of Robert and Margaret, Samuel arrived at Plymouth in 1623 on the Anne with his
mother. He later married Lydia Doane, daughter of John Doane, q.v. See the article under Robert Hicks. On 7 June 1661 the General Court noted that there were differences between Samuel Hicks and his mother Margaret Hicks, widow, arising from the will of his father Robert Hicks, and also about some goods of his younger brother Ephraim. Samuel agreed to pay his mother £10 in full satisfaction of all differences, and he also promised that in case he left Plymouth he would not put anyone in the house who would be injurious or offensive to his mother (PCR 3:206, 217). He was married to Lydia Doane in 1645. Children were: Margaret Hicks. Lydia Doane and Samuel Hicks were married in 1645.437

1863. Lydia Doane was born in 1625 in England.437 She died in 1682 at the age of 57.

Margaret Hicks437 was born on 9 March 1651 in Eastham, Massachusetts (Barnstable).437

Dorcas Hicks was born on 14 February 1652 in Eastham, Massachusetts (Barnstable).437 She died in 1700 at the age of 48 in Portsmouth, Rhode Island (Newport).
