Born in Saundersville, Mass., September 22, 1899, a son of Ellen (Gove) Higgins and the late James H. Higgins, Mr. Higgins was employed as a salesman at the Jones Warehouse in Providence. Besides his wife and mother survivors are a brother, Leland H. Higgins of Blackstone and a sister, Mrs. Ruby Mills of Okinawa. The funeral will be held tomorrow at 2 p.m. at the Curtis J. Holt's Funeral Home, 510 So. Main St., Woonsocket. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery. Charles Andrew Higgins and Marjorie Ballou were married in 1928. Marjorie Ballou (private). |
